1. Read this first / 先看這一頁

What we are building: a six-day, five-night Hakuba family snowboard trip based at Sun Valley Hakuba. Three lesson days are followed by one family outing: Jigokudani snow monkeys OR Pokémon Snow Adventure. Each departure selects one outing. 我們要做的產品：六天五夜白馬親子單板行程，住宿合作白馬太陽谷。三天雪課後安排一天親子出遊：地獄谷猴子／寶可夢雪樂園，每梯次只選一個。

What ESC receives now: current product specification, full bilingual listing copy, daily operating plan, meeting script, decision register, editable finance model, original company quotation, photo/source records and an offline visual guide. 本次交付：目前產品規格、完整雙語上架文案、每日執行安排、會議稿、決策清單、可修改財務模型、公司原始報價、圖像與來源紀錄、離線圖文行程。

What this handoff does not establish: bookable rooms, named coaches, approved teaching terrain, vehicle reservations, 2027 activity inventory, final price or refund terms. These need written confirmation from the responsible owner. 尚未成立的承諾：可售房量、具名教練、教學場地准入、已訂車輛、2027 活動供應、正式售價及退費條款，都需對應負責人取得書面確認。

Simple explanation: we have drawn the whole trip. We still need the hotel, instructors, vehicle operator and attractions to confirm that the trip can run on the chosen dates and at the agreed costs. 白話說：整趟旅行已經畫出來；接下來要讓飯店、教練、車行和景點確認「那幾天做得到、多少錢」。

2. Confirm these before publishing / 待確認事項先列在最前

Proposed owners below are functions to assign in the handoff meeting, not confirmed appointments. Record a person's name and a deadline; do not treat a blank as approval. 下表是建議負責職能，不代表已指派。交接會議要填上姓名與期限；空白不等於通過。

Meeting priority: P01/P04/P07 define the product; P02/P05/P06/P10 establish delivery; P11/P12/P13 determine whether it can be sold. 會議順序：先定賣什麼，再確認怎麼帶，最後才定賣多少及何時上架。

3. The current product / 目前採用規格

No standalone reflection, experience-sharing, results review or child presentation blocks. Do not add these under a different name or count them toward teaching time. 不安排獨立收工分享、心得分享、成果回顧或成果發表，不換名稱加入，也不拿來補課時。

4. The six-day rhythm / 六天安排

The full photo-led guide is in visual-guide/index.html. Below is the operating summary; only the D3 09:30–11:00 review window was retained from the meeting. Other exact times need final teaching and transport input. 完整圖文在 visual-guide/index.html。下列是執行摘要，僅 D3 09:30–11:00 複習沿用會議時段；其餘精確時間需教學與交通確認。

There is no formal snowboard lesson on Day 5. An outing can still be tiring; it is not marketed as an entirely passive rest day. 第五天不排正式單板課；出遊仍會用體力，不能宣稱等同完全休息。

5. Choose the Day 5 version / 第五天選案

Monkeys: choose this when the participating families actively want wildlife and accept walking the winter trail both ways. Assess the youngest child's willingness, footwear, warm clothing, toilets, actual drop-off and a workable early-exit plan. Do not promise monkeys bathing or vehicle access to the pool. 猴子版：適合真的想看動物、願意來回走冬季山徑的家庭。先核最小孩子的意願、鞋衣、如廁、實際下車點與提早返回機制，不保證猴子泡湯，也不能說車子直接到猴池。

Pokémon: plan a half-day of flexible snow play, with warm breaks and hotel rest. Confirm each attraction's age/height rules, the right entrance, new-season tickets and supervision. Park admission is not permission to run commercial teaching; the current outing has no formal lesson. 寶可夢版：規劃彈性半日玩雪，穿插回暖並留返店休息。核遊具年齡身高、正確入口、新季票券及陪同。樂園門票不是商業授課許可，目前本日不排正式課程。

If neither is suitable that day: use an agreed hotel-based plan with one short practical craft or nature activity and free time. This needs a named adult and hotel space; Emily's evening role does not automatically cover daytime care. 當日兩案都不適合：使用已約好的飯店備案，一個短手作或自然活動搭配自由時間。需具名成人與飯店空間，不能自動把Emily晚間工作延伸成白天保母。

6. People and the handover / 人員如何接手

Una and Tricia are the named listing-workflow contacts from management feedback. Confirm who owns the product decision and final publish approval; neither role is assumed from a mention in a message. 老闆回饋指定Una向Tricia學上架；產品核定人與最終發布核准人仍要寫清楚，訊息提到名字不等於已指派全部工作。

MiDad provides teaching and family experience input. MiMom is the adult play-support role discussed; her daughter is a companion and is not counted as adult supervision. Confirm actual dates, work windows, scope and compensation with them. 米爸提供教學與親子經驗；米媽是討論中的成人陪玩角色，女兒為同行夥伴、不計入成人照顧人力。實際出勤、時段、工作範圍及酬勞都需確認。

Emily handles the agreed evening practical reinforcement. Name a different available adult wherever she is occupied. Parents remain with their own child during the outing unless a specific supervised service is agreed in writing. Emily負責約定晚間實作補強；她忙碌時需另有可用成人。出遊以家長陪自己孩子為基礎，除非另以書面約定專人照顧服務。

Four learners is a teaching cap, not a childcare staffing plan. Count adults who take lessons; round instructor numbers up. Separate levels, ages or a child leaving the lesson can require additional staff beyond the mathematical minimum. The cap is not proof that every five-year-old grouping is suitable; the teaching lead must approve it. 四學員是教學上限，不是所有場合的托育比例。上課成人要計入、教練數向上進位；程度年齡分班、孩子離課，都可能需要超過算術最低值的人力；最高上限不等於每種五歲組合都適合，仍需教學負責人核準。

7. Money explained plainly / 用白話說錢

Revenue is the money families pay. Cost is what this departure actually spends. Profit is what remains after the full cost, including activity transport, child support and any agreed overhead. Missing quotes are not free. 收入是家長付進來的錢；成本是這團真正花出去的錢；利潤是完整成本扣完後剩下的錢。出遊交通、照顧與約定營運支出都要算，還沒報價不等於免費。

The earlier NT$55,000 per-person idea is a scenario, not an approved price for this revised itinerary. Four paying guests would produce NT$220,000 of gross revenue before payment fees, taxes or costs. That arithmetic does not prove break-even. 先前每人55,000元是可測試的情境，不是這個新版已核定售價。四人毛收入是220,000元，尚未扣金流、稅或任何成本；這個乘法本身不能證明損益兩平。

The company quotation is the first costing reference. Its per-person/per-night/per-vehicle units, room categories, meals and child rules must match the booking. Do not replace a missing family quote with a different destination's OTA price. 公司報價是優先成本依據，但要對上每人、每晚、每車單位、房型、餐食及兒童規則；不能用藏王或其他飯店的訂房網價格替代白馬親子合作報價。

Internal instructors are not automatically zero cost. If direct teaching fees are intentionally excluded from contribution calculations, label that choice; still include incremental travel, lodging, meals, passes and any agreed compensation. Do not call contribution the company's net profit. 自家教練不代表所有費用為零。若直接教學費暫不列入貢獻試算，要明寫；因這團增加的交通、住宿、餐食、雪票與約定報酬仍要算，不把貢獻餘額當公司淨利。

The new finance workbook starts with open confirmations. Change the participant/learner counts and assumptions to compare scenarios. Until all required rows are confirmed, use its partial-cost subtotal for discussion; do not quote it as a completed selling price or guaranteed break-even group. 新模型先列待確認，再改人數、學員數及假設比較情境。必要成本還沒齊時，只能把已知小計拿來討論，不能當正式售價或保證損平成團人數。

8. Listing and asset handoff / 上架與素材

Use website/02-listing-copy.md as the current copy master. Map each visible ESC module in website/03-cms-map.csv during Una and Tricia's walkthrough. Actual production CMS field IDs and publishing permissions have not been inspected. 目前文案主檔為website/02-listing-copy.md；Una與Tricia操作時用03-cms-map.csv逐區對應。正式後台欄位ID與發布權限尚未檢查。

The page should make the purchase understandable: family eligibility, what the child and parent do, three lesson days, Day 5 choice, hotel/meal/transfer scope and the confirmed price/terms. Use verified instructor profiles only after assignment. 頁面必須讓家長看懂買什麼：適合誰、親子各自做什麼、三天雪課、第五天選案、住宿餐食交通，以及核定的售價條款。教練確定後才放可核實的人員資料。

Keep family-and-Japan visual direction within ESC's typography and product-page structure. Reference photos are not proof of room allocation or this camp's past performance. Check licence and identifiable children's consent before advertising. 保留ESC字體與行程頁結構，畫面以親子及日本旅行為主。參考圖不是指定房型或本營過去成果的證明；廣告前確認照片授權與可辨識兒童的肖像同意。

Do not copy other ESC trips' payment percentages, refunds, guarantees, ratings, seat counts or instructor names. The existing cloud page is for review; no payment, booking or real inventory is activated. 不移植其他團的訂金比例、退款、保證、評價、名額或教練姓名。現有雲端頁供審閱，沒有開付款、預訂或即時房位。

9. Retire the old versions / 哪些舊內容不要再用

• Four snow days, 20 scheduled hours, 2.5+2.5 hours on every snow day: superseded; hours now need approval for D2–D4.
• 四雪日、20小時、每天上午下午各2.5小時：已被本版取代；D2–D4時數另核。
• One instructor per eight, ages 8–12 only, airport transfers and a four-night stay: superseded.
• 八人一教練、只收8–12歲、機場接送、四晚住宿：已被本版取代。
• Alternative hotels, both Day 5 attractions in one day and fixed self-selected split groups: not part of the adopted product.
• 其他住宿、同日跑猴子與寶可夢、固定個別分流：都不在採用方案內。
• Old E sale-price suggestions and break-even results: historical assumptions, not a current approval.
• 舊E定價建議與損平結果：屬歷史假設，不是本版核價。
• The 100-persona exercise was a model simulation, not 100 real parent interviews or measured demand. Do not use its preference percentages as a sales forecast.
• 100角色研究是模型模擬，不是100位真人家長訪談，偏好比例不能作銷量預測。

10. Completion test / 接手後怎樣算完成

Product owner approves one dated specification; supplier confirmations match it; finance closes required cost gaps; operations names every handover and incident role; Una and Tricia check the final English/Chinese listing against the same specification; an authorised ESC approver releases it. 產品負責人核定同一份有日期規格；供應書面回覆對得上；財務補齊必要成本；營運填妥交接與事件角色；Una與Tricia用同份規格核英繁上架稿；最後由ESC授權人核准發布。

If one item is unresolved, record the next question, named owner and due date. Do not replace missing facts with confident wording. 還有未決項，就填下一個要問的問題、具名負責人和期限，不用肯定文案掩蓋未知。
